Terms of Service
1. Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are provided by IRITEC ("the Operator") and govern your use of moom ("the App"). By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Service Description
The App is a communication application that allows you to casually connect with friends. It provides features such as room chat, room decoration, and mini games.
3. Accounts
- You must provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for managing your account and may not lend or transfer it to others.
- The operator is not responsible for damages caused by unauthorized use of your account information.
4. Prohibited Activities
Users must not engage in the following activities:
- Actions that violate laws or public morals
- Defaming, threatening, or harassing other users or third parties
- Posting obscene or inappropriate content
- Posting content that promotes, depicts, or solicits Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE), or any actions that endanger children
- Collecting or disclosing others' personal information without permission
- Interfering with the operation of the App
- Unauthorized access, cheating, or other technical misconduct
- Unauthorized commercial use
- Any other actions deemed inappropriate by the operator
5. Content Rights
- Intellectual property rights related to the App belong to the operator or legitimate rights holders.
- While copyright of user-posted content belongs to the user, the operator may use it to the extent necessary for service provision.
6. Service Changes, Interruptions, and Termination
The operator may change the content of the App or temporarily interrupt or terminate the service without prior notice. The operator is not responsible for any damages to users resulting from such changes.
7. Disclaimer
- The App is provided "as is" without warranty of fitness for a particular purpose.
- The operator is not responsible for disputes between users.
- The operator is not liable for damages arising from use of the App, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.
8. Account Suspension and Deletion
The operator may suspend or delete accounts without prior notice if a user violates these Terms or if deemed necessary for operational reasons.
9. Changes to Terms
The operator may modify these Terms as needed. Modified Terms become effective upon publication in the App. We will notify you of significant changes through appropriate means.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by Japanese law. Any disputes related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
