1) Appropriate Age Setting

At moom, we conduct age verification for users.

In the future, when releasing new app features that fall under either "Designed for Children" or "Designed for Everyone", we will accurately set the target audience in the "Target Audience and Content" section of the Google Play Console to prevent users from misunderstanding the app's target age.

2) Appropriate Design and Content

We have established a strict check flow to ensure that inappropriate elements, such as the following, are not included in apps that children may use:

• Content depicting or promoting Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)
• Content related to Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)
• Content that violates child safety laws

For all content, we strive to use expressions appropriate for the target age and provide educational and wholesome material.

3) Compliance regarding Advertising and Data Collection

• When releasing app features for children, we will only use advertising networks that comply with the "Google Play Families Policy".
• We will minimize the collection of personal information through the app and implement appropriate privacy protection measures.
• In the future, if we release app features for children, we will establish a policy not to collect sensitive data such as GPS, contacts, and phone numbers.

4) Providing Guidelines for Parents

When releasing app features for children, we will clearly provide the following information so that parents and guardians can let their children use the app with peace of mind:

• Clear statement of features that can be restricted by parents
