Account and Data Deletion

This page provides instructions on how to request the deletion of your account and user data for the app "moom" provided by IRITEC (hereinafter referred to as the "Developer").

How to Request Account Deletion

You can request the deletion of your account and associated data using one of the following methods:

Method 1: Delete from within the app (Recommended)

  1. Open the app and log in.
  2. Tap the "Settings" icon on the home screen.
  3. Select "Account Management".
  4. Tap "Delete Account" and confirm by selecting "Delete".

Method 2: Request via email

If you have uninstalled the app, please contact our support team from your registered email address.

  • Send to: shingo+moom@iritec.jp
  • Subject: "moom Account Deletion Request"
  • Body: Please state "I wish to delete my account".

Types of Data to be Deleted

When an account deletion is requested, the following data will be permanently deleted:

  • Account Information: Authentication data such as email address and password
  • Profile Information: Nickname, avatar, and status message
  • Usage Data: Room participation history and game play history
  • Settings: Various in-app settings

Data Retention Period

  • If you perform the deletion operation from within the app, the above data will be deleted from the server immediately and cannot be recovered.
  • If requested via email, we will process the deletion promptly (usually within 3 business days) after verifying your identity.
  • However, technical data such as server access logs recorded for the purpose of maintaining system security and investigating fraud will be automatically and permanently deleted after being retained for a maximum of 90 days.
